I’m Mike, and I feel like I’ve become such a f***ing statistic it’s almost funny. High school athlete, injury, pills, addict, real bad, had a kid, got worse, girlfriend OD’d, pulled my s*** together, relapsed, pulled it together again. I’m 26, my kid, MJ is six. I work for my dad doing HVAC, working in a gym as a trainer, fixing cars, whatever makes a few bucks. Which wasn’t what I thought my life would be, but it ain’t bad. Either my Tinder is broken, or I’ve dated every single girl in Utica. And I’m a sports guy. Psyched for MJ to start soccer soon. Gonna be his team’s assistant coach. Love it!
